You acknowledge and agree that using our tools to infringe upon others' privacy and material is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse to provide our service if our tools are used for such purposes.

  3. Responsibility for Violations: Threadsfd is not responsible for any violation of applicable laws, rules, or regulations committed by you or a third party at your behest.

  4. Legal Compliance Warranty: Specifically, you agree and warrant that in using Threadsfd, your actions do not contravene the laws, rules, or regulations of:

    • the country, state, or locality where you reside, or

    • the country, state, or locality where Threadsfd is located or operates.

Trademark Issue

The Threadsfd name and logo are trademarks owned by Threadsfd. You may not use these trademarks without prior written permission from Threadsfd.

Copyright Issue

Threadsfd respects copyrights and complies with copyright laws and regulations.

  • User Responsibility: Users of Threadsfd are responsible for the content they access, use, or download through the Threadsfd App and Web. Threadsfd provides support to Users to download information/content they access via Threadsfd for their legitimate interests.

  • Display of User-Generated Content: Threadsfd only displays content "as is" that users have posted on websites, pages, or networks of service or social network providers. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right, in accordance with relevant laws, to use and post the content and must ensure their own intellectual property rights.

  • Personal Use Only: Users are permitted to use content downloaded through the Threadsfd App and Web for personal, non-commercial, free purposes.

  • Monitoring and Enforcement: Threadsfd cannot and has no obligation to check whether each content/information is legal or not, but if it detects any violation, it reserves the right to ban Users from accessing and using Threadsfd App and Web and Threadsfd Products and Services.

  • No Backup/Archiving: Threadsfd does not backup or archive Users' content for any reason. Users are responsible for their own content storage and backup.

  • Reporting Violations: We encourage and thank users who inform us of any suspected misuse, misrepresentation, unauthorized use, infringement, or non-compliance for proper handling. Reporting such violations helps us maintain a safe and compliant environment.

Please ensure that users of Threadsfd understand their responsibilities regarding the content they interact with or download using the platform and the consequences of copyright violations. Additionally, Threadsfd takes copyright issues seriously and will take appropriate actions in case of non-compliance with these terms.

Use License
